March 2008 - Kaingkarya is an NGO which works with female children of quarry workers in the Thirusulam area of Chennai. Kaingkarya conducts spoken English and Nursing classes for these children, with the aim of getting them work in hospitals in the Chennai area. We spent $6500 on this program. This program will be folded into the Educate A Child program.
